I bought this myself. Not sponsored.
Second in the Korean brands series. This one is ODD ON TUTU, and their Lorraine leotard — bought last year, worn a lot since.

Velvet in summer — actually fine

It’s velvet, which sounds like a terrible idea for August.
It wasn’t. I never once thought this is too hot. Summer was hot. The leotard was not the problem.
The cut

The back is where this one earns its price. The line is clean, and because they’ve used a different fabric panel across the back, your legs read longer than they are. It’s a quiet trick and it works.
Two signature details:
- The ribbon — ODD ON TUTU’s house detail, and it’s genuinely sweet
- The corset line — this is patented, and it’s the structural reason the leotard holds its shape
The shoulder ribbons

I want to address this specifically because it’s the thing you’d worry about.
The shoulder ribbons look decorative and fragile. I assumed one would come untied mid-class and I’d spend the rest of barre fixing it.
They don’t come undone. I’ve worn this through full classes with plenty of arms, and nothing has slipped. The stretch is good too.
Styling

Navy is the smart choice here — worn alone it reads cooler and cleaner than black.
Pairings I’ve actually worn:
- With YURA BALLET’s Psyche skirt
- With ODD ON TUTU’s own skirts — it sits best with white, black or muted violet
Where it earned its keep

I wore this through La Fille du Pharaon repertoire class and it was perfect for it.
If you’re preparing for a repertoire run and want something that looks considered without being fussy, this is the one I’d point you at.
